It depends on what country you receive the goods. There are countries restricting few for imports with no taxation barriers while there are other countries charging high taxes. Before you place orders of larger quantities, firstly refer to related legislation and practices in your country. In other words, you have to consider the shipping destinations if you are drop shipping internationally. Please note that patutech.com does not charge you any sales tax or any other hidden fees.

Extra Tax Charges, VAT, Sales Tax To Order Totals

There are no additional sales taxes or hidden charges to orders. The grand total including goods value and freight is all you need to pay, however, you may be charged with taxes by the customs of your country when importing goods. Please refer to your local tax offices in advance.

Customs Problems

We can not guarantee or predict the value of the customs duties you may have to pay to receive your order. Please contact your local post office or Customs agency or visit their official help centers to inquire about the customs regulations and tariffs of your country. Orders shipped with an express mail service have a higher probability of being taxed. 

Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery but we will try to help you with your problems (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control). 

Customs Knowledge

You are not necessarily required to be equipped with the knowledge of customs. The courier or freight company will take care of customs clearance for small and medium sized orders.

A customs agency can be of great help to you since we are not professionals in the perspective of clearance rules, meanwhile you have our support if we can be of help.

Documents for Customs Clearance

Generally, you are supposed to provide a commercial invoice attached to every shipment. Further more, please feel free to contact us if you have any special requests for the invoice or need more documents.

Refund for Customs Detainment

We are sorry to hear that your goods were blocked by the customs. As we stated clearly before, the customers are responsible for the customs clearance, as we can only promise the parcel passes Chinese customs, but we cannot get involved with customs in your country. Please contact with the corresponding salesperson for solutions.
