1. What can you buy from us?

2. How to place order ?

(1)  Send us inquiry through the bottom of this page, E-mail or chat with us via Whatsapp Skype, wechat and let us know your detailed requirements on models, quantities, colors, etc; 
(2)  We discuss the details of our products and reach a deal; 
(3)  We send you an proforma invoice according to the model and quantity you need; 
(4) You confirm the PI and send the payment; 
(5)  After comfirming your payment we prepare the goods in 1-3 days ( small quantity order can send in 1 day ) , then we send your the goods & Tracking. 
(6)  After-sales follow up.

3. How do you control the items quality?

Each item was strictly tested before shipping. 

4. How to make Payment ?

We accept T/T, Paypal, Cash. 100% payment before shipping. 

5.What is the MOQ?

Five pcs

6. Could you supply samples?

Yes, as long as you pay for goods & shipping cost.

 7. What is the delivery time?

As normal 1-3 working days after getting payment

8. How to take the risk during transportation? 

We would bear the risk 100% in case the goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss. For big order customers, we suggest them to use their familiar and trusted shipping agent so that they can handle the shipping better. 

9. How to deal with the returns? 

We will check the returns in 2 working days. After checking, we will provide testing report to customer. We will resend new replacements with new order. For some broken goods that can not be changed, we can send back or we can discuss about recovery, we will highly protect customer benefit.
