Warranty

12 months warranty, and can turn back after you receive the package if there are some quality problems, but we don't take responsibility for the situations as follows: 

1. Man-made damage has no warranty. 
2. Unprofessional installation damage is no warranty. 
3. Connector broken, parts lost , Lcd or touch screen broken or liquid leakage then no warranty.  

But Note: 

1. If the number of the broken LCD is not many, we will still change it for you in order to keep our business relationship. 
2. If the broken LCD can not be changed, we can discuss about the recovery. 
3. If you test the products and it doesn't work, please keep it and send it to us , we will send the good one to you.

Delivery

1 After you pay, please make sure your address and contact number information is right.

2. Items will be shipped within 3 business day on cleared payment received.
Sometimes the date will be delayed due to a shortage, however we will inform you on time.

3. Attention: We are not responsible for the customs tax or fee. However, we will minimum it for you.
4. Items are shipped by: EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT/China post etc.

Note: you will get tracking number after shipment confirmation, which you can use to track your parcel online.

5. Parcels reach most of the countries within 4 to 15 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors

6. We try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

7. We would bear the risk 100% in case the goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss. For big order customers, we suggest them to use their familiar and trusted shipping agent so that they can handle the shipping better.
